This is my 18th year teaching. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd , 3 rd, 4th, and 5th grades throughout my career.  I am a proud product of the Houston County School District.  I graduated from Northside High School, Go Eagles!  I received my Bachelor’s degree from Mercer University, my Master’s degree from Wesleyan College, and my Specialist Degree from Valdosta State University.  I am currently working on my EdD at Walden University.  My husband, Lee and I have 2 sons ages 8 and 13! We live just outside of Perry in Henderson.  In my spare time I love to read, watch UGA football, watch movies,  go camping, workout and spend time with family .
