Caroline Grimsley graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science in 2017. She then pursued a School Counseling Master's degree from Albany State University, with which she graduated in May 2023. Mrs. Grimsley taught pre-k for 5 years at L.I.T.T.L.E. Children Growing in Hawkinsville, Ga, then served as a school counselor intern at Pulaski County Elementary School for one year before becoming the counselor for Bonaire Primary. 

Mrs. Grimsley lives in Hawkinsville with her husband, Zach, and two kitties, Willow and Bella.
